What we receive
When you choose to email the team or send one of the forms on our Connect page, we receive the information you provide. Basic technical information may also be processed by our hosting and security providers to operate and protect this website.
Contact, inquiry, and conversation-request forms
The forms ask for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, along with your message, the resource or topic you choose, and for conversation requests your preferred and alternate dates and time. We use this only to respond to your request.
When you submit a form, our website passes your details to n8n, the workflow service (provided by n8n GmbH) we use to deliver your message to our team inbox at info@voiceoftheheart.net and to send you an automatic confirmation email at the address you entered.
To keep automated spam out, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile checks signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to confirm a person is submitting the form. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Turnstile only loads on the Connect page.
How we use information
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use sensitive personal information to decide someone’s eligibility for services.
Sensitive topics
Our resources may concern faith, recovery, mental wellbeing, grief, addiction, or personal testimony. Do not email or submit through our forms emergency information, medical records, payment credentials, passwords, or another person’s private information. We do not provide emergency services, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Page translation
This website offers an optional language menu powered by Google Translate, provided by Google LLC. Nothing is sent to Google while you read the site in English. If you choose another language, your browser loads Google’s translation script and the text of the pages you view is sent to Google to be translated. Google may also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Your language choice is saved in a cookie named googtrans on your device so later pages stay in the same language. To stop using translation, choose English from the language menu; this removes the cookie and Google’s script will no longer load. Automatic translations may contain errors, and the English version of this site is the authoritative text.
Future email updates or giving
If we add a newsletter, testimony submission process, analytics platform, or donation processor, we will update this notice to identify the actual collection practice, provider, purpose, consent choices, and relevant retention information before that tool is used.
